Vision Mission

Vision: To meet the demand of the people for animal meat through the development of fisheries resources, to create employment and to contribute to the socio-economic development of the country by increasing export income.
Mission: To meet the nutritional needs of the country by increasing the sustainable production of fish and other aquatic resources including fish and shrimp and to increase export earnings and to improve the socio-economic condition of poor fishermen and fish farmers in Bangladesh through proper management of open water bodies with the participation of the target population.
